Agreement between you (the customer) and Discount Business Class Tickets

Welcome to the discountbusinessclasstickets.com website (the “Website” or “Site”). This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations, or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers—and for no other purpose.

The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” or Discount Business Class Tickets refer to the travel agency focused on the sale of business class air travel to corporate and high-end leisure customers. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through our customer service agents.

By using this Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website, make reservations, or use our services.


1. Use of Website / Our Services

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal authority to enter a binding contract.

  • You will only use the Website to make legitimate reservations for yourself or others you’re authorized to act for.

  • You will inform anyone on whose behalf you book about these Terms and all applicable rules and restrictions.

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • Neither you nor anyone you’re booking for is subject to sanctions imposed by the EU, UN, US, or other relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to deny access to our Website or services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.


2. General Rules and Conditions

  • You may only use our services for personal use, booking tickets for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.

  • Name changes on tickets are not allowed—only the original passenger can use the ticket.

  • Airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and service fees may be nonrefundable.

  • Cancellations and changes are allowed up to 72 hours before departure, subject to a minimum $250 per person processing fee, plus airline or provider fees.

  • Refunds are given as credit (not cash) toward a future long-haul international ticket of equal or greater value, valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • No-show tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

  • Always check your email for schedule change notifications, and reconfirm your flight 72 hours before departure. Ensure our emails don’t go to your spam/junk folder.

Tickets must be used in the issued sequence; out-of-sequence use is not allowed. For international flights, check in at least 3 hours before departure.

Airline tickets are subject to the carrier’s conditions of carriage and cancellation policies. Airlines may change flight times, routes, or cancel flights. Discount Business Class Tickets is not responsible for such changes.

If your ticket is not honored, contact our agent immediately. We will replace the ticket within 24 hours, offer a full refund, or provide alternative solutions.

Note: Airline tickets are exempt from the EU 14-day “cooling-off” right of withdrawal.


3. Intellectual Property

Accessing our Website does not grant you intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, transmit, or publish any part of our Website without our written consent. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.


4. Free Fare Lock

Our Free Fare Lock feature allows you to hold a reservation and price for 24 hours, giving you time to decide without price increases. After 24 hours, the fare may change, and new fare rules may apply.


5. Payment Processing

Payment processing services for goods or services on this Website are provided by Discount Business Class Tickets on behalf of the airlines, depending on the payment method used and the type of service.


6. Important Notices

  • Check all booking details carefully.

  • Provide a correct email address for confirmations and updates.

  • Failure to cancel a reservation can result in automatic cancellation of all remaining flights and loss of the ticket value.

Price Match Guarantee

At DiscountBusinessClassTickets, we want you to feel confident that you’re getting the best deal. If you find a lower price (including taxes and fees) for the same flight itinerary on a major OTA competitor’s site within 24 hours of booking with us, we will match that price by refunding the difference — or if you prefer, we will cancel your booking for a full refund.

Important conditions:

  • The “same itinerary” means every detail matches: airline(s), flight number(s), dates, passengers, and seat type.

  • The lower price must be offered and available for booking — meaning no hidden fees or unavailable inventory.

  • The Price Match Guarantee excludes fares from membership programs, corporate discounts, group, charter, rewards, incentives, consolidators, coupon-only deals, military/student/government rates, “web-only” fares, “opaque” tickets (where airline details are revealed post-purchase), auction/bid models, and fare errors.


2. Refund Guarantee

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many airlines replaced refunds with vouchers. Our Refund Guarantee — available only with our TBC Ticket Protection — lets us negotiate directly with airlines on your behalf to seek refunds (up to 70% of the paid amount) even when tickets are normally nonrefundable. This depends on the airline’s approval, and we cannot guarantee negotiation timelines, as they vary by carrier. This policy is an extra care service when airlines offer no refund options.


3. Baggage Allowance

Airline baggage policies vary. You may be charged additional fees at the airport if your baggage exceeds airline limits for size, weight, or number of pieces. Some airlines provide no free baggage allowance. We recommend reviewing your airline’s current baggage policies before departure.


4. Frequent Traveler Points

Frequent flyer miles, points, upgrades, vouchers, or other promotions may not apply to tickets booked through DiscountBusinessClassTickets. Mileage accrual may be restricted; please consult your agent for details.


5. Supplier Rules and Restrictions

Additional terms apply from airlines, hotels, and other providers. You are responsible for reviewing these terms on the supplier’s website and complying with their rules, including payment deadlines, check-in requirements, and any waivers they may require.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not completed on time. Be aware that airlines and hotels may require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in for additional expenses — this is separate from payments made to us. Violation of supplier terms may lead to reservation cancellation, denied services, forfeited payments, or charges to recover related costs.


6. Travel Destinations and Visa Requirements

International travel requires valid passports. Some countries also require visas and/or health documentation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including for transit stops.

For U.S. passport holders, check visa requirements at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should consult the embassy of their destination and transit countries.

7. Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

Most tickets are non-reroutable and non-transferable. If the fare rules allow refunds or exchanges, DiscountBusinessClassTickets charges an administrative fee in addition to airline penalties.

Important points:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure; no-show tickets are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — you must contact us.

  • Discounted fares are often more restrictive and may be entirely nonrefundable or nonexchangeable.

  • Discuss flexible options with your agent if you want fewer restrictions.


8. TBC Ticket Protection (“Ticket Protection”)

Ticket Protection provides extra flexibility:

  • 100% refund of unused tickets if a traveler is hospitalized and provides a verifiable medical certificate before departure.

  • Free exchange of partially used tickets for hospitalized travelers before their scheduled return.

  • Waived exchange fees ($250 normally) if you cancel before departure for any reason — though airline penalties and fare differences may still apply.

Additional details:

  • Ticket Protection is refundable only within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once a ticket is modified, Ticket Protection is considered used.

  • Lost baggage coverage: up to $1,000 per undelivered bag (max two bags per person) when mishandled by airlines.

    • You must first file a claim with the airline, then report to us within 24 hours.

    • Carry-ons, theft, damage, and missing items are not covered.

    • Mistaken delivery or incomplete claims may void payout.

Important: Ticket Protection is not an insurance policy. Travel insurance can be purchased separately.


9. General Terms

We are not responsible for:

  • Airline or supplier decisions, schedule changes, or cancellations.

  • Supplier delays in refund or compensation processing.

  • Lost or mishandled baggage beyond the limits of our Ticket Protection.
