Our founders spent years booking premium travel for themselves and their colleagues, and saw the same problem each time: the best fares were hard to find and harder to compare.
So we built a service around one idea. Pool buying power, negotiate with airlines, and give every client a single honest price and a person to call.
Make first and business class travel simple to book, fair in price, and effortless from quote to landing.

What we collect, why we collect it, and the terms that apply when you send us a quote request.
By sending your request you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Submitting a request is not an offer, does not oblige Fly First Class International to provide any service, and does not create a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including names as they appear on travel documents, routes, dates and passenger numbers. Any quote or estimate based on inaccurate or incomplete information is void.
A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued, subject to fare availability, unless it states otherwise. We may amend, withdraw or cancel a quote at any time before you formally accept it.
A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide and current fares, not a fixed price. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. Any change to your itinerary, dates, cabin, passengers or other requirements after your request will result in a revised quote. We are not bound by obvious pricing errors, typographical mistakes or technical glitches on this website or in any quote, and may correct them before acceptance.
Information and documents you submit with your request are licensed to us solely to review your request and prepare your quote. Our quote documentation, including fare construction and routing strategies, is confidential and must not be shared with competitors or other third parties without our written consent.
By submitting a request you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or message about your quote. You can opt out of these messages at any time. If you tick the newsletter box we will also send you marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. We handle personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including CAN-SPAM and the GDPR.
Each request is given a reference ID. We keep the request, your name, email and phone number with that ID for up to six months from its last change so you can look it up, change it and reuse your details. Anyone who has the ID can view and change the request, so keep it private.
This section lists everything this site collects and why.
Details you give us. When you send a request we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, trip details, message and newsletter choice. We email it to our team and keep it under your reference ID for up to six months from its last change, so you can look it up, change it and reuse your details. We also record the time you sent it.
Cookies and similar browser storage (essential, always on). This site collects cookies and similar browser storage (such as local and session storage) that it needs to work: your light or dark mode choice, your cookie consent choice, the trip summary you are building during your visit, the reference ID, route and expiry date of the last request you sent or opened (so the contact page can offer to modify it; the contact page has a Forget it on this device button, and it holds no name, email or phone number), and, only if our server cannot be reached, requests saved in your browser. These stay on your device and are not sent to us. The site also looks up your approximate area from your IP address, using a location service, to suggest nearby airports. We do not store that result.
Optional data, only if you press Accept in the Consent to Cookies box. When you send a request, we add the following to the email our team receives:
These details are used only to help our team verify and serve your request and to protect against misuse. They are not stored on the site, not used for advertising and not sold. If you press Decline, none of these details are collected. The time the request was sent is always included.
Third parties. Photos, fonts and airline logos are loaded from other services (for example Unsplash, Google Fonts and airline logo providers), which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches them. Our email provider delivers requests to us.
Automated-traffic checks (essential). To keep bots away from route searches and quote requests, the page asks our server for a short-lived pass just before it looks up routes, finds or changes a request, or sends a message. The server looks at basic browser details (such as the browser name and language settings), whether the page has been used by a person, a hidden form field, how fast a form was filled in and which website the request came from. Your pass is kept in your browser's session storage for up to 30 minutes. If we switch on Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check from Cloudflare also runs at those moments: your browser loads a script from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details. You are never asked to select pictures or type text. If a visit looks automated, the request is not processed and we show our email address and phone number instead.
Changing your mind. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to reopen the Consent to Cookies box and change your choice at any time. To have a request deleted before six months, email us with your reference ID.
This site collects cookies. Essential cookies keep it working and, only if you accept, we also collect optional cookie and device data with the quote requests you send.
We use cookies and similar browser storage on your device for essential things: your light or dark mode choice, your cookie choice, the trip summary you are building and the reference ID of the last request you sent or opened. These are always on.
If you press Accept, we also collect optional data when you send a quote request and add it to the email our team receives: your approximate location and IP address, your browser, operating system, language and time zone, and your device hardware (processor cores, approximate memory, screen size and touch support). If you press Decline, none of this is collected. Nothing optional is collected until you choose.
The full list of what we collect, why, and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Policy. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
